Unfollow an issue

Unsubscribes the calling member from this issue's notifications. Sticks even against a later automatic re-subscription (a new @mention or reassignment) — unfollowing is a deliberate opt-out, not a one-time snooze.

List an issue's followers

Everyone currently subscribed to this issue's notifications, oldest subscription first. Excludes anyone who followed and then explicitly unfollowed (DELETE /v1/issues/{id}/followers/me), and anyone whose member row was removed from the workspace.

Follow an issue

Subscribes the calling member to this issue's notifications. Idempotent — following an issue you already follow is a no-op, and re-following one you previously left clears that opt-out.
