Publish a draft as a live public self-serve signing link
EAS-117. Requires a file and at least one recipient slot. Every non-visitor recipient slot must be given a real email now; it can't be filled in later. The plaintext token is returned only in this response's "url" field — never recoverable from a later read.

Draft-only — once published, the link's file is what's already live for any visitor holding the URL, so it can't be swapped out from under them. PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, PowerPoint, and image uploads are all accepted; anything that isn't already a PDF is converted (EAS-113). The "file" field may repeat up to 10 times in one request — each part is resolved to a PDF and the results are merged, in submission order, into the single PDF every visitor signs. Each file may be up to 25 MB, the files together up to 50 MB, and the merged PDF up to 25 MB.

Owner-scoped. Each row's documentStatus is the underlying document's real, live status — verifying a code only starts a document, it doesn't finish it, so this is what tells "verified but hasn't touched it yet" apart from "actually finished".
