Owner-scoped. Retires the URL for good — documents already created through it are untouched. Also removes a draft that was never published.
Attach (or replace) a draft's PDF
Draft-only — once published, the link's file is what's already live for any visitor holding the URL, so it can't be swapped out from under them. PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, PowerPoint, and image uploads are all accepted; anything that isn't already a PDF is converted (EAS-113). The "file" field may repeat up to 10 times in one request — each part is resolved to a PDF and the results are merged, in submission order, into the single PDF every visitor signs. Each file may be up to 25 MB, the files together up to 50 MB, and the merged PDF up to 25 MB.
