Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Easerix website and products (the “Services”), operated by Perizer Labs (“Easerix”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you will not:

• Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that infringes others’ rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Services.
• Send documents or communications that are deceptive, abusive, or violate others’ privacy.

Easerix Sign lets you send documents and collect electronic signatures. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of electronic signatures is appropriate for your documents and complies with applicable law. You are responsible for the content and legality of documents you send.

You retain all rights to the documents and data you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the Services. We do not claim ownership of Your Content.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis at the prices shown at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We may change prices with reasonable notice. The free tier is provided as-is and may change or be discontinued.

The Services, including all software, design, and content we provide, are owned by Easerix and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Services or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends; certain provisions survive, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or provide legal advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easerix will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
