Get a download URL for a signer's uploaded file (EAS-110)

Same permission model as every other file download here — anyone who can load the document at all can fetch it. 404 when the field isn't a file field, doesn't belong to this document, or has no upload yet. Returns a 15-minute presigned URL.

Remove one file from a draft's collection (EAS-114)

Deletes one file; its own fields go with it. Remaining files are renumbered to a contiguous 0..n-1 order, and the legacy single-file columns (as read by GET .../file "original", and by every pre-EAS-114 caller) follow the new first file — or clear if none remain. Drafts only.

Reorder a draft's file collection (EAS-114)

Body lists every current file id exactly once, in the new order — the same order files are stamped, merged, and rendered in. Drafts only.
