Comments across every page the caller can read
The comment inbox, for people and agents (an MCP/OAuth client or API key acting for a user). Covers every page the caller can read; trashed pages are left out. Each comment is its own row with its parentId, so a thread's replies keep their own authors. Poll with since set to the previous answer's next to get only what was created, edited or resolved after it, oldest first. The cursor is a keyset on (updated_at, id), so comments sharing a timestamp (a bulk resolve) are never dropped at a page boundary.
