Add an item to a bio page
Creates one item, appended after the page's current last item (max 30 per page). Unlike PATCH /v1/bio/{id}'s items field, this never touches any other item on the page.

Renders the same HTML as the public esrx.ly/@handle page, scoped to the caller's own page and independent of its published state — so a draft's theme/layout can be checked before it ever goes live. Unlike the public route, this never increments the page's view counter.
Update one bio page item
Updates one item in place. label/url are simple field replaces; position, when present, moves the item among its siblings (0-based) — the rest of the page's items shift to keep positions dense.
