Where the form's submissions came from
The form's non-spam submissions counted by source group, computed from the attribution fields a site adds (attr_source, attr_referrer_host, attr_medium) and checked in order: ai, search, social, direct (no source and no referrer), other. Every group is listed, zeros included. heardAbout holds the top 20 answers to the heard_about field. Counts only. Readable: the caller's own form or one a teammate shared with the organization.

Counts of the form's submissions grouped by the value of one or more submitted fields (data->>field), largest first, with a missing or blank value counted as "(none)". Each breakdown keeps the top 100 values; other is how many submissions fall in values past that cap. Spam is excluded unless includeSpam=true. Readable: the caller's own form or one a teammate shared with the organization.
List destinations
Delivery destinations, created_at ascending. Readable with the form, so a teammate a form is shared with can see where it delivers.
